Delete your LandlordPro account

You can request deletion of your LandlordPro account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email yesaya@landlord-pro.co.tz with the subject "LandlordPro account deletion request" from the email address your account is registered under.
2. We will confirm the request and verify that you own the account.
3. Your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days of verification, and we confirm by email when it's done.

If you are a tenant, you can also ask your property manager to remove your tenancy record — their organisation controls the workspace your data lives in.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, email address, phone number, and login credentials).
• Your device's push-notification registration.
• Photos you uploaded, where they are not part of another organisation's records.

What may be kept, and for how long

• Tenancy and financial records (leases, invoices, payments) belong to the property-management organisation's books and may be retained where bookkeeping and tax obligations require it — typically up to 7 years — after which they are removed.
• Records are kept only as long as the law requires and are no longer linked to an active account.
