It is built and operated by Northbyte Company Limited, a software company based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. LandlordPro is a product name of Northbyte Company Limited; the two names refer to the same business.

What LandlordPro does

• Rent invoicing and collection by mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) or bank transfer, paid directly to the landlord.
• A self-service portal where each tenant sees their lease, what is due, and how to pay.
• Maintenance requests, with photos, assignment to a technician and status tracking.
• A public marketplace of monthly homes and nightly stays at landlord-pro.co.tz.
